The Position
The Head of Marketing – Bulk Land leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for bulk land offerings. The role drives brand visibility, demand generation, and client engagement while supporting sales objectives and long-term business growth. The successful candidate actively shapes market positioning and builds strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing strategies for bulk land products and projects.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.
Lead branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate closely with sales teams to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and campaign reporting.
Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and consultants.
Ensure all marketing activities align with company goals and regulatory standards.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must:
Hold a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Possess 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, land sales, or related sectors.
Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
