The Position

The Head of Marketing – Bulk Land leads the development and execution of marketing strategies for bulk land offerings. The role drives brand visibility, demand generation, and client engagement while supporting sales objectives and long-term business growth. The successful candidate actively shapes market positioning and builds strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies for bulk land products and projects.

• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify growth opportunities.

• Lead branding, advertising, digital marketing, and promotional campaigns.

• Collaborate closely with sales teams to generate leads and improve conversion rates.

• Manage marketing budgets, performance metrics, and campaign reporting.

• Build and manage relationships with agencies, media partners, and consultants.

• Ensure all marketing activities align with company goals and regulatory standards.

  Qualifications and Experience

  Applicants must:

  • Hold a Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution.

  • Possess 3–5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, land sales, or related sectors.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

  • Exhibit excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
