Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to lead and oversee all operational, commercial, and fleet management activities. The successful candidate will drive business growth, optimize operational efficiency, and strengthen client and partner relationships while ensuring profitability and compliance.


Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the company’s transport fleet, including maintenance, compliance, and driver scheduling
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnership avenues
  • Build and maintain strong, profitable relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Prepare business proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals
  • Lead, structure, and supervise operational teams to ensure high performance and compliance
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, control expenses, and achieve profitability targets
  • Coordinate effectively with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience in operations, sales, marketing, or business development
  • Proven ability to develop and interpret financial and operational reports
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Creative, strategic, and independent problem-solving ability
  • Experience in the transport, logistics, or tourism industry is a strong advantage
