Key Responsibilities

As the Head of Operations, you will:

  • Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency and performance across all clinic branches.
  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and internal policies.
  • Lead and strengthen quality assurance programmes and enforce adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize workflows, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Implement and monitor patient feedback systems to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Drive staff training, safety initiatives, and overall operational effectiveness.
  • Oversee branch openings, relocations, and expansion projects.
  • Prepare and present KPI reports with clear, data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Lead investigations into operational incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.
  • Oversee fleet operations, including vehicle allocation, tracking, maintenance, and fuel management.
  • Coordinate the preparation of Board reports in collaboration with the Executive Assistant to the CEO.
  • Champion sustainability initiatives to reduce waste and improve environmental impact.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in healthcare operations or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation processes, and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of customer service and patient experience best practices.
