Role Overview

We are seeking skilled and hands-on Heavy Duty & Light Duty Auto Mechanics to join our teams in Tema and Sunyani. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety while delivering excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in vehicles and equipment
• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on light and heavy-duty vehicles
• Handle roadside breakdowns and provide prompt repair solutions
• Inspect and test vehicles to ensure they meet safety and operational standards
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively
• Ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• WASSCE or HND in Automobile Engineering or a related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience, including roadside auto mechanic experience
• Proven experience in servicing heavy-duty vehicles and machinery
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards
