Role Overview

Rehab Beach Club seeks a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Hostess to create a warm first impression for guests. The successful candidate will welcome guests, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth flow of service while maintaining a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and waitlists efficiently
• Escort guests to their tables and provide relevant information about the venue
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth and timely guest service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally
• Support the team in delivering a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
• Uphold the club’s service standards and brand image at all times

Qualifications

• Minimum of Senior High School Certificate or equivalent
• Training in hospitality or customer service is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role
