Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Housekeeping Manager to lead and oversee our housekeeping operations. The successful candidate will ensure that all areas of the resort meet the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the housekeeping team to maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the resort.
  • Develop and implement housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Plan and schedule daily operations, inspections, and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas.
  • Monitor inventory, manage supplies, and ensure cost-effective housekeeping operations.
  • Train staff to maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and guest service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Resolve guest feedback and complaints promptly, maintaining a positive and professional approach.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Educational Requirement: Degree or HND in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in housekeeping management or supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.
  • Professional communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
