Role Overview

Zormelo & Associates seeks a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Administrative Support Officer to strengthen its people operations and administrative functions. The successful candidate will support HR processes, ensure compliance with labour regulations, and contribute to a professional and welcoming workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and databases
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with Ghana labour laws and regulations
  • Coordinate staff communications, meetings, and internal events
  • Provide administrative support across departments as required
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
  • Professional certification (e.g., CIHRM, SHRM) is an advantage
  • Strong familiarity with Ghana labour laws and HR compliance standards
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
