Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee records management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and databases
- Assist in implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance with Ghana labour laws and regulations
- Coordinate staff communications, meetings, and internal events
- Provide administrative support across departments as required
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
- Professional certification (e.g., CIHRM, SHRM) is an advantage
- Strong familiarity with Ghana labour laws and HR compliance standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
