The Accounting Manager will play a key role in managing financial records, supervising accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and improving financial systems to support the firm’s continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management & Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Monitor financial performance and provide reports and insights to support management decision-making.

Ensure timely reconciliation of bank accounts and financial records.
Budgeting & Financial Planning

Lead the preparation and monitoring of budgets and financial forecasts.

Track financial performance against budgets and identify variances.

Provide recommendations to improve financial efficiency and cost management.
Compliance & Internal Controls
-
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and financial reporting standards.

Maintain strong internal control systems to safeguard company assets.

Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Accounting Systems & Process Improvement
-
Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and procedures.

Improve financial processes to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and reporting capabilities.

Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
-
Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure high performance and professional development.

Collaborate with internal teams to support operational and financial objectives.

Promote a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-
Professional certification such as ACCA, ICA, or equivalent is highly desirable.

Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in accounting or finance roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, tax regulations, and accounting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
-
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
