Job Summary
Operam Managed Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resource operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping organizational culture, driving talent initiatives, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end HR strategy and oversee all HR operations
- Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee engagement
- Ensure full compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Partner with senior leadership to optimize organizational structure, performance, and culture
- Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, training, and employee development programs
- Manage and improve HR systems, policies, and processes
- Provide strategic guidance on performance management and workforce planning
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage)
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with strong multinational exposure
- Solid understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in shipping, logistics, or similarly complex multinational environments is preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and strategic thinking
