Job Summary

Operam Managed Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven HR Manager to lead and manage all aspects of human resource operations. The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping organizational culture, driving talent initiatives, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR strategy and oversee all HR operations
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning and employee engagement
  • Ensure full compliance with local labour laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Partner with senior leadership to optimize organizational structure, performance, and culture
  • Oversee recruitment, on-boarding, training, and employee development programs
  • Manage and improve HR systems, policies, and processes
  • Provide strategic guidance on performance management and workforce planning
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or professional certification is an advantage)
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role with strong multinational exposure
  • Solid understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in shipping, logistics, or similarly complex multinational environments is preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and strategic thinking
