Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Officer to support our human resources operations. You will assist in managing recruitment processes, employee relations, and performance management while helping to create a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.

• Assist in managing employee relations and addressing workplace concerns professionally.

• Support performance management processes and staff development initiatives.

• Ensure HR practices comply with Ghanaian labor laws and company policies.

• Promote a positive and welcoming work environment for all employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR role.

• Knowledge of Ghana labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.
