We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Executive to support our growing team and strengthen our people management practices.

Role Overview

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, office administration, and employee relations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient office management, compliance with HR policies, and a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resource Functions

  • Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation

  • Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures

  • Coordinate performance management processes and employee evaluations

  • Support staff welfare initiatives, training, and development activities

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries

Office Management & Administration

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and productive workplace

  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications

  • Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and company standards

  • Provide administrative support to management and departmental teams.

    Educational Requirements and Experience

    • Minimum of a First Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

    • At least 2 years’ experience in office management or a similar administrative role

    • Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office administration

    • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
