We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resource Executive to support our growing team and strengthen our people management practices.
Role Overview
The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, office administration, and employee relations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring efficient office management, compliance with HR policies, and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Functions
Support recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
Coordinate performance management processes and employee evaluations
Support staff welfare initiatives, training, and development activities
Serve as a point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries
Office Management & Administration
Oversee daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and productive workplace
Manage office supplies, facilities, and vendor relationships
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and company standards
Provide administrative support to management and departmental teams.
Educational Requirements and Experience
Minimum of a First Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
At least 2 years’ experience in office management or a similar administrative role
Basic knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and office administration
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
