We’re Hiring: Human Resource Manager | Accra, Ghana
Are you an HR professional ready to take full ownership of a people function and make a real organisational impact? We are looking for a Human Resource Manager to lead our HR operations and champion our people strategy.

What you’ll be leading:
Managing all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management and learning & development
Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Managing employee relations, grievances and disciplinary processes
Driving employee engagement, retention and organisational culture
Partnering with leadership on workforce planning and compliance

What we’re looking for:
✅ 5+ years HR experience, with at least 2 in a managerial role
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field (MBA or CIPD/IHRMP is a plus)
✅ Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Act and HR best practices
✅ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
✅ Proven ability to manage and develop a team
