Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and enhance our HR function. The successful candidate will design and implement people strategies that support business objectives, strengthen organisational capability, and promote a high-performance culture.
This role requires a proactive leader who can balance strategic HR planning with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Lead workforce planning to ensure optimal talent availability for current and future needs
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract and retain top talent
- Design and execute effective employee retention and engagement strategies
- Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Partner with senior management to drive performance management and organisational development initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with Ghana labour laws and relevant industry regulations
- Strengthen organisational culture and promote employee wellbeing and productivity
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resource Management within the water processing industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Strong expertise in workforce planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to align HR strategy with business objectives
- Solid knowledge of Ghana labour laws and HR best practices
- Demonstrated experience managing HR functions in an operational environment
