Position Summary
As the Human Resource Manager, you will oversee the organization’s human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, compliance, and workforce development. You will serve as a strategic partner to management while ensuring HR practices align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organizational objectives.
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance on workplace issues and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
- Support learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Manage HR records, employee data, and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Analyze workforce trends and provide HR reports and recommendations to management.
- Coordinate compensation, benefits, and employee welfare programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture that encourages engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
- Provide strategic HR advice to management on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and employee experience.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional certification in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Human Resource Administration or Human Resource Management.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience working with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and employee data management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
