Role Overview
Virtual InfoSec Africa Limited seeks an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead and manage all HR functions while supporting business growth and employee engagement. This role plays a critical part in building a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance, and aligning people strategies with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes.
Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
Design and implement training, learning, and development programs.
Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination in line with company standards.
Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and ensure accurate employee records.
Advise management on HR best practices and workforce planning.
Promote a positive, inclusive, and performance-driven workplace culture.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 7+ years’ proven experience as an HR Manager or HR Executive.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and labor regulations.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compensation.
Solid knowledge of HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and problem-solving ability.
