Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager (Marine) to lead our HR operations and strategies within the marine division. The ideal candidate will ensure effective workforce management, compliance with maritime regulations, and the development of a motivated, high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies that comply with maritime regulations and company standards.
Ensure effective workforce planning and talent management for marine operations.
Provide guidance and support to management on HR-related issues and employee relations.
Maintain HR records, reports, and compliance documentation.
Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marine/Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture.
Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Professional HR certification is an advantage.
Familiarity with marine workforce structures and maritime compliance requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
