HUSKY MACHINE TECHNICIAN

Location: Kumasi and Ashanti Region

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Husky Machine Technician to support our injection molding operations and ensure optimal machine performance and product quality.

Position Summary

The Husky Machine Technician will operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Husky injection molding machines to ensure smooth production processes. The successful candidate will minimize downtime, improve efficiency, and maintain consistent product quality while adhering to safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Husky injection molding machines.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults.
• Ensure proper machine setup for production runs.
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Minimize production downtime through timely repairs and maintenance.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards during production.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and company policies.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and testing when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, Technical Certificate, or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) to five (5) years’ experience working with Husky injection molding machines.
• Strong knowledge of injection molding processes and machine operations.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering diagrams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
