Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated In-House Trainer to lead staff development and enhance service delivery across our operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in equipping team members with the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for restaurant and hospitality staff
• Train, mentor, and supervise employees to ensure high performance
• Assess training needs and develop tailored learning solutions
• Monitor staff performance and provide continuous coaching and feedback
• Ensure adherence to service standards, company policies, and procedures
• Support onboarding and continuous development of new and existing staff

Requirements

• Degree, HND, or Diploma in a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in restaurant or hospitality operations
• Proven experience in training within restaurant, hospitality, or customer service environments
• Strong ability to train, mentor, and supervise teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
