Role Overview
YAGMUR Group seeks a proactive and experienced HR & People Operations Lead to strengthen our people management systems and drive a performance-focused workplace culture. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, support employee development, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and conduct training programs to improve employee performance and compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact between management and employees
- Review, streamline, and improve internal HR processes and operational procedures
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee relations and support fair, consistent disciplinary processes
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
- Support a structured and accountable workplace culture across teams
Education & Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR or people operations
- Experience in execution-driven environments (real estate, hospitality operations, construction, or similar) is preferred
- Strong understanding of employee management, labor practices, and disciplinary procedures
- Confident decision-maker with the ability to handle complex employee situations
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined follow-through approach
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
