Role Overview

YAGMUR Group seeks a proactive and experienced HR & People Operations Lead to strengthen our people management systems and drive a performance-focused workplace culture. The successful candidate will oversee HR operations, support employee development, and ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and conduct training programs to improve employee performance and compliance
  • Act as the primary point of contact between management and employees
  • Review, streamline, and improve internal HR processes and operational procedures
  • Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and company policies
  • Manage employee relations and support fair, consistent disciplinary processes
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters
  • Support a structured and accountable workplace culture across teams

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR or people operations
  • Experience in execution-driven environments (real estate, hospitality operations, construction, or similar) is preferred
  • Strong understanding of employee management, labor practices, and disciplinary procedures
  • Confident decision-maker with the ability to handle complex employee situations
  • Strong organizational skills with a disciplined follow-through approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
