Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Officer to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will provide technical support, maintain systems and networks, and ensure the security and reliability of all IT operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and IT equipment
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot operational challenges
  • Ensure data security, system integrity, and regular backup procedures
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT documentation
  • Support the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades
  • Maintain internet connectivity, LAN/WAN infrastructure, and network devices
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions and support
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies, standards, and best practices

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support or system administration
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with routers, switches, firewalls, and basic network configuration
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, email systems, and cloud-based tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
