Role Overview

Dad Micro-Credit Limited is seeking a proactive and solutions-driven IT Officer to support and maintain its technology infrastructure across multiple branch locations. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, provide timely technical support, and contribute to the secure and efficient use of technology within the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective technical support to branch staff across Kasoa, Takoradi, and Swedru
  • Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
  • Ensure data security, system integrity, and regular backup processes
  • Support the implementation of new software systems and upgrades
  • Train staff on IT systems, tools, and best practices
  • Respond promptly to system issues and minimize downtime across operations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users
  • Ability to work across multiple locations and manage competing priorities
