IT Officer (Full-Time)

As part of our growing operations, we are seeking a skilled IT Officer to support and strengthen our technology infrastructure.


Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Officer to deliver reliable technical support, maintain IT systems, and contribute to the digitization of internal processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient IT operations across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day technical support to staff, including device setup, troubleshooting, and IT on-boarding/off boarding.
  • Maintain network connectivity, diagnose issues, and support basic network configuration and performance.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including user account management, access control, email, and cloud systems.
  • Support the digitization and automation of internal processes using Microsoft tools such as Power Automate.
  • Implement and enforce IT security measures, manage endpoint protection, and promote cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
  • Monitor and maintain CCTV systems, ensuring optimal performance and regular data backup and recovery checks.
  • Liaise with external service providers and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate IT records, prepare reports, and support documentation of systems, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

Educational Background

  • Minimum of an HND, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • At least three (3) years of hands-on IT support experience in a structured work environment.

Technical Expertise

  • Demonstrated experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and network infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for technology and problem-solving.

Certifications (Required/Preferred)

  • CompTIA Network+ or Cisco CCNA
  • Microsoft 365 Certification (Administrator or Modern Desktop)
  • ITIL Foundation Certification

Additional Advantages

  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Familiarity with Omada or similar network ecosystems
  • Knowledge of Power Automate or other workflow automation tools
