​Key Responsibilities

​In this active and dynamic role, you will:

• ​Manage and maintain all company hardware, software, network systems, and peripherals.
• ​Provide swift technical support to team members, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues efficiently.
• ​Set up and configure new workstations, user accounts, and devices for onboarding staff.
• ​Monitor network security and perform regular system updates, backups, and routine maintenance.
• ​Troubleshoot connectivity issues and collaborate with external vendors when necessary.
• ​Travel to off-site locations or vendor sites as required to manage physical IT infrastructure.

​Qualifications & Requirements

• ​Education: A Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (relevant professional IT certifications/licenses are highly valued).
• ​Experience: Proven hands-on experience working as an IT Technician or in a similar technical support role.
• ​Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required, along with a willingness to travel for field/site support when needed.
• ​Skills: Strong troubleshooting abilities, a solid understanding of networks and operating systems, and excellent communication skills.
