Role Overview
Golden Bean Hotels Limited seeks a skilled and dependable IT Technician to support the hotel’s IT infrastructure and ensure smooth daily operations. The successful candidate will install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems while providing responsive technical support across all departments in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide first-level technical support to staff and resolve IT-related issues promptly
- Monitor system performance and ensure stable network connectivity across the hotel
- Support hotel systems including POS, internet services, and communication platforms
- Perform regular system updates, maintenance, and data backups
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, repairs, and service activities
- Support cybersecurity practices and ensure safe system usage across the hotel
Educational Requirement
- Degree or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–3 years’ relevant working experience in IT support or technical services

- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel applications

- Proficiency in a second foreign language (e.g. French) is an added advantage
