Key Responsibilities
Conduct audits of financial records, operational processes, and internal controls.
Identify risks, evaluate compliance with policies, and recommend corrective actions.
Assist in the preparation of audit reports and documentation for management review.
Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to support efficient business processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement of internal audit procedures and systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional certification (e.g., ICAG) is an added advantage.
2–5 years’ experience in audit, accounting, or exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or retail operations.
Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, accounting, or audit software.
