Role Overview

GoldCoast Food Herbs & Spices Limited seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Internal Auditor to support the internal audit function, ensure compliance with company policies, and contribute to financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct audits of financial records, operational processes, and internal controls.

  • Identify risks, evaluate compliance with policies, and recommend corrective actions.

  • Assist in the preparation of audit reports and documentation for management review.

  • Monitor and follow up on audit findings to ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to support efficient business processes.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal audit procedures and systems.

Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional certification (e.g., ICAG) is an added advantage.

  • 2–5 years’ experience in audit, accounting, or exposure to FMCG, manufacturing, or retail operations.

  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, accounting, or audit software.
