The successful candidate will ensure safe and timely transportation to corporate meetings, project sites, and official engagements while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and vehicle care.

Role Purpose

The Light Duty Driver will provide safe, reliable, and professional driving services for the Sales Manager of Zonda Tec Ghana Ltd. You will ensure punctual transportation, maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, and comply with Ghana road traffic regulations and company transport procedures.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

• Drive the Sales Manager safely and professionally to corporate meetings, project sites, and official events.
• Ensure timely arrival at scheduled destinations by planning efficient routes.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections, including checks on tyres, oil, water, brakes, lights, and fuel levels.
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle, both internally and externally.
• Report vehicle faults, maintenance issues, or safety concerns promptly to the Transport Supervisor.
• Ensure all vehicle documents, including insurance, roadworthy certificate, and DVLA registration, remain valid and available.
• Practice defensive driving to protect passengers, the vehicle, and other road users.
• Maintain accurate vehicle usage records, including trip and fuel logs.
• Coordinate vehicle servicing and maintenance schedules with the Transport Unit.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling executive transportation duties.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants must have:

• A valid Ghana Driver’s Licence (Class C or Class D).
• A driver’s licence that is at least three (3) years old.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional driving experience, preferably in a corporate or executive driving role.
• Good knowledge of routes and locations within the Greater Accra Region.
• A clean driving record with no major traffic offences within the last three (3) years.
• Basic literacy skills to complete logbooks, read road signs, and maintain vehicle records.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written).
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, discretion, and professionalism.
