Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Locum Telemedicine Midwife to join our team in Accra on a full-time basis. You will deliver high-quality SRH services through telemedicine platforms, ensuring clients receive accurate, timely, and compassionate care.

You will play a critical role in improving access to reproductive health services by providing remote consultations, counseling, and follow-up care while maintaining the highest clinical standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive SRH consultations via telemedicine platforms
  • Provide accurate clinical advice, counseling, and follow-up support to clients
  • Ensure confidentiality, privacy, and safeguarding standards in all interactions
  • Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
  • Adhere to national clinical guidelines and organizational protocols
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless referral and service delivery
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and continuous service enhancement

Qualifications and Experience

  • Hold a recognized clinical qualification in Midwifery
  • Be registered with the relevant professional regulatory body in Ghana
  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ post-qualification experience in SRH service delivery
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Ghana’s healthcare delivery system
  • Possess strong communication and digital consultation skills
  • Show a commitment to client-centered care and ethical practice
