Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. You will operate embroidery machines, large-format printers, DTF machines, and other equipment to create high-quality products. If you are passionate about precision, efficiency, and craftsmanship, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain embroidery, large-format printing, and DTF machines efficiently.
- Ensure that all production meets quality standards and deadlines.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Assist in preparing designs and materials for production.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and production processes.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in printing, textile, or related fields is an advantage.
- Proven experience operating embroidery, large-format, or DTF machines is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
