Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operator (Filling & Packaging) to manage and operate production machinery efficiently. The successful candidate will ensure accurate filling, packaging, and labeling of products while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor filling and packaging machines according to standard operating procedures
• Ensure accurate product quantities, labeling, and packaging quality
• Perform routine machine checks and maintenance to ensure smooth operation
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or production issues
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the production area
• Record production data accurately for reporting and traceability
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to ensure consistent product standards
• Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene regulations at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Technical certificate, diploma, or relevant training in food processing, mechanical operations, or a related field
• Experience in a dairy or ice cream manufacturing company is highly preferred
• Practical knowledge of filling and packaging equipment is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
