Job Summary

The Male Chef actively leads the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences for guests. The successful candidate demonstrates creativity, professionalism, and mastery of culinary techniques while ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and present high-quality meals in accordance with menu specifications

• Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations

• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, and presentation standards

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations

• Develop and innovate menu items to enhance guest dining experiences

• Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and cost control

• Collaborate with management to plan special events and catering services

• Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming kitchen environment

Requirements

• Minimum of HND, Degree, or recognized Culinary/Cooking Certificate

• Professional culinary training is an added advantage

• 8 to 10 years of proven professional chef experience

• Age: 35 – 45 years

• Strong leadership, creativity, and organizational skills

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and team management skills
