Role Overview

We are seeking a committed and experienced Preschool Teacher. In this role, you will provide academic leadership,  ensure a high standard of teaching and learning. You will play a key role in creating a positive, structured, and inspiring environment for both students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the primary school to ensure high academic standards and student development.
• Supervise, support, and evaluate teaching staff to promote effective teaching practices.
• Develop and implement school policies, curriculum plans, and academic programs.
• Foster a disciplined, safe, and nurturing learning environment.
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Engage with parents and guardians to support student success and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulatory requirements.
• Promote the school’s values, including strong moral and character development.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• At least two (2) years of teaching experience, preferably in a preschool or primary school setting.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for education and child development.
• Ability to manage staff and maintain a positive school culture.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to educational excellence.
