Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, General Services to lead and oversee all operational support functions. The successful candidate will ensure efficient management of procurement, facilities, projects, and other general services, contributing to the organization’s operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement processes, supplier management, and contract administration.

• Manage facilities, office operations, and related services to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.

• Lead project management activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for general services operations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, resource utilization, and service delivery.

• Monitor budgets, expenditures, and performance metrics for general services functions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Project Management.

• Professional certification in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or Supply Chain Management is required.

• Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in procurement, general services, or project management.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
