Key Responsibilities

HR Analytics & Strategic Support

  • Partner with the Compensation & Benefits Head to support strategic HR initiatives through data-driven insights.
  • Analyze payroll trends, compensation structures, and workforce data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop actionable insights to improve workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage HR master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Track HR metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and support business strategy.

Systems & Technology (SAP/Success Factors)

  • Support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP and Success Factors systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality, reporting capabilities, and system integration.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to HR data and reporting.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit readiness for HR systems and processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or MBA with HR specialization.
  • 5–7 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Payroll, Compensation & Benefits.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP and Success Factors (end-user and/or implementation experience preferred).
  • Proven expertise in HR data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development.
  • Experience managing HR master data and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
