Role Overview

The Marketing and Sales Executive strengthens the organization’s market presence by promoting services, building trusted relationships, and supporting sustainable business growth. The role combines ethical sales practice with compassionate engagement, ensuring clients receive clear information and respectful service at all times.

What You Will Be Responsible For

• Promote funeral, memorial, and cremation services to individuals, families, and corporate clients.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned locations.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partner institutions.

• Conduct service presentations, site visits, and client consultations professionally.

• Execute marketing activities, outreach initiatives, and community engagements.

• Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and performance updates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of two (2) years proven sales experience, preferably in service-based environments.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within operational areas.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • High level of emotional intelligence, discretion, and professionalism.
