Job Summary

KEDA Ghana Ceramics Company Limited is seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to support the promotion and growth of its building materials product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional engagement with customers, strengthening brand visibility, and executing marketing initiatives that drive sales and customer loyalty within the Kumasi market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.

• Create a welcoming and professional environment that enhances customer engagement and brand trust.

• Support the planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities for building materials products.

• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to support strategic decision-making.

• Coordinate product promotions, exhibitions, and trade events within the assigned region.

• Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence reports.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve market penetration and revenue targets.

• Prepare and submit periodic marketing performance reports to the Marketing Manager.

  Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Three (3) to Five (5) years’ relevant experience in marketing, preferably within the building materials or manufacturing industry.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong customer relationships and execute marketing initiatives effectively.

  • High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Applicant must reside in Kumasi.
