Role Overview

The Marketing, Sales & Business Development Manager actively drives CIMG’s marketing strategy, business development initiatives, and membership growth. This role requires a results-oriented, proactive leader with strong marketing expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strategic relationships.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development strategies aligned with the Institute’s objectives

  • Drive membership growth and retention through targeted marketing campaigns and relationship management

  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the Institute’s reach and influence

  • Oversee marketing communications, promotional activities, and digital engagement

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver high-impact marketing and business development initiatives

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions

  • Prepare and present reports on sales, business development, and marketing performance

  • Represent the Institute at industry events, conferences, and stakeholder meetings


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Professional Marketing Qualification (ProM or DipM required)

  • Master’s Degree in Marketing is an added advantage

  • Minimum of 5–8 years’ relevant industry experience

  • Fully-paid member of the CIMG

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Results-oriented, proactive, and strategic thinker

  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage stakeholders, and drive business growth
