Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing / Sales Officer to join our team in Accra. The successful candidate will drive sales growth, promote insurance products, and build long-term relationships with clients. You will play a key role in expanding market reach while delivering a professional and welcoming customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies to promote insurance products
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
• Present and explain insurance products clearly to prospective clients
• Manage client portfolios and provide ongoing support and advisory services
• Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

Educational Requirements & Skills

• Hold a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Show a results-driven mindset with a strong customer focus
• Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience in insurance marketing and sales
