Job Summary

Fountainhead Christian School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Teacher to join its academic team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality mathematics instruction, inspire students to excel, and contribute to their overall academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in line with the Ghana Education Service curriculum.
• Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and continuous assessment.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student learning.
• Provide individualized support to students to enhance understanding and performance.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and instructional resources.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school activities and meetings.
• Foster discipline, critical thinking, and a passion for learning among students.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education (Mathematics preferred).
• Minimum of 3–5 years teaching experience.
• Strong knowledge of the Ghana Education Service curriculum.
• Demonstrated passion for teaching and student development.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students.
