Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven MEP Execution Site Engineer to oversee the on-site delivery of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works. The successful candidate will ensure efficient execution, compliance with design and safety standards, and timely completion of projects while coordinating effectively with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day execution of MEP works, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to plan and organize site activities effectively.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Monitor and control on-site resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project schedules.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning phases.
- Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including progress reports, site instructions, inspection reports, and variation orders.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure full compliance with HSE policies on-site.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of MEP materials and equipment.
- Support the preparation of progress reports, material submittals, and as-built drawings.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise junior engineers, site supervisors, and technicians.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in MEP execution on construction sites.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, construction methods, and industry standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical installations, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Strong project coordination and site management skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of construction safety and quality standards.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on large-scale high-rise residential and commercial developments.
