Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Merchandiser to ensure consistent and high-quality showroom presentation across distributor locations. The successful candidate will inspect showrooms, enforce merchandising standards, support product display excellence, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Showroom Inspection & Merchandising
- Conduct regular inspections of distributor showrooms to ensure compliance with company merchandising standards.
- Assess product assortment, display structure, sample rooms, shelving, racks, and overall showroom layout.
- Evaluate lighting, sanitary ware installations, cleanliness, and overall presentation quality.
- Identify non-compliance issues and highlight improvement opportunities during field visits.
- Recommend corrective actions and follow up with distributors to ensure full implementation.
- Support the execution of merchandising strategies for new product launches and showroom image upgrades.
- Promote consistent brand presentation across all distributor locations.
Reporting & Coordination
- Capture and document 8–10 standardized photographs per showroom, covering key display and sample areas.
- Record inspection findings, corrective actions, and completion status in structured inspection reports.
- Prepare and submit timely field inspection summaries to Head Office.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, New Product Specialists, and distributor teams to resolve showroom-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives related to merchandising execution and brand presentation.
Qualifications & Experience
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Professional Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising, showroom inspection, retail auditing, or store operations.
- Experience in ceramics, building materials, sanitary ware, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with distributor networks and multi-location retail operations will be an advantage.
