Position Summary
AT Ghana is seeking a driven and customer-focused MFS B2B Executive to expand our merchant network and grow adoption of AT Money and Smartpay solutions. The successful candidate will prospect, onboard, and manage merchants, build strong business relationships, and drive revenue growth across corporate, SME, and retail segments. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, identify, and onboard new merchants, including corporate clients, SMEs, and Smartpay partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent conversion of prospects into active customers.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including lead qualification, engagement, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Establish and monitor performance metrics to track progress against onboarding and revenue targets, taking corrective action where necessary.
- Ensure accurate client billing and confirm timely payment of monthly charges in line with approved agreements.
- Maintain active merchant accounts and ensure sustained revenue generation from existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand AT Ghana’s merchant footprint and revenue streams.
- Implement partner reporting and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
- Conduct regular risk assessments of corporate merchant accounts and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Monitor and resolve revenue leakage issues, including closing system alerts and discrepancies.
- Drive conversion of AT Business clients and SMEs to adopt AT Money for collections and payments.
- Manage integrated channel activities and track all sales and merchant engagement initiatives effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new merchants onboarded
- Growth in Smartpay and offline payment merchant footprint
- Achievement of merchant revenue targets
- Activation and transaction volume of AT Money merchants
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Proven ability to develop and manage strategic business relationships.
- Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and revenue generation.
