Job Summary

The Mobile Application Engineer will develop, maintain, and optimize mobile and back-end solutions, contributing to a seamless and scalable technology stack. The role involves working across multiple areas, including mobile applications, back-end services, databases, cloud infrastructure, and full-stack web development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, build, and maintain scalable back-end services using Go (Golang).
• Design and manage high-performance databases using PostgreSQL and Redis.
• Build and maintain Android mobile applications using Kotlin.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and service integrations.
• Contribute to full-stack web development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (preferred) or GCP.
• Integrate systems through API gateways and service architectures.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality features.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proficient in Go (Golang) for back-end development.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and database design.
• Experience with Redis for caching or performance optimization.
• Skilled in API design and development.
• Mobile development experience using Kotlin.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker.
• Experience with AWS or GCP cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Experienced with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with micro services architectures.
• CI/CD pipeline experience.
• Experience building scalable consumer or fintech products.
• Ability to work across multiple areas of the technology stack.
