Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Intern to support our programs and projects. The successful candidate will assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data, contributing to the institution’s efforts to measure performance, improve outcomes, and make informed decisions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation tools and frameworks
  • Collect, compile, and validate data from various programs and activities
  • Support the preparation of reports, dashboards, and presentations on project performance
  • Conduct basic data analysis and summarize findings for decision-making
  • Support staff in tracking key performance indicators and milestones
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of monitoring and evaluation processes
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with program teams to provide timely M&E support

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Statistics, Social Sciences, Education, Public Health, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to program improvement
