Job Summary

Sanlam Allianz General Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Motor Claims Surveyor to assess vehicle damage, validate claims, and ensure fair and accurate claims settlements. The successful candidate will actively investigate motor claims, support loss assessments, and maintain high standards of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect damaged vehicles and assess the extent of loss or damage accurately.
• Prepare detailed motor claims reports and recommend repair estimates.
• Verify policy coverage and ensure claims compliance with company guidelines.
• Liaise with workshops, assessors, and clients to facilitate smooth claims processing.
• Investigate suspicious or complex claims where necessary.
• Ensure timely submission of claims documentation and reports.
• Provide professional guidance to customers throughout the claims process.
• Maintain accurate records of all inspections and assessments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 3–6 years of practical experience in motor claims or related insurance sector in Ghana.
• Background in Automotive, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
• Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of motor insurance processes and claims handling.
