Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible, caring, and proactive Nanny Tutor / Childcare & Learning Assistant to support children’s daily routines, learning, and development within a home environment. The successful candidate will combine childcare responsibilities with structured academic support, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching experience for each child.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive childcare and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Support children’s academic activities, including homework assistance and basic tutoring
• Plan and engage children in age-appropriate educational and recreational activities
• Establish and maintain structured daily routines
• Monitor children’s progress and communicate updates to parents or guardians
• Promote positive behavior, discipline, and social development
• Assist with light child-related household duties where required
• Adapt to varying household schedules and specific family needs

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Childcare, or a related field
• Proven experience working with children, teaching, or in similar roles (experience as a house mistress or matron is preferred)
• Age range: 30–40 years
• Must be willing to undergo a Police Clearance check or provide a valid existing certificate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patient, nurturing, and highly responsible
• Ability to work independently and adapt to different home environments
• Flexible to work varying schedules depending on placement
