Role Overview

The Nano Cut Operator is responsible for operating precision cutting machinery used in fine or high-accuracy manufacturing processes. The role requires a high level of attention to detail, technical skill, and adherence to strict quality and safety standards to ensure optimal production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate nano or precision cutting machines in line with technical specifications and operational procedures.
• Set up machines, including calibrating cutting parameters for accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor cutting processes to ensure consistency and high-quality output.
• Inspect finished components to ensure they meet required tolerances and standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Identify and report defects, irregularities, or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Maintain accurate production and operational records where required.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines at all times.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet output and quality targets.

Qualifications & Experience

• SHS, Diploma, or HND in a relevant technical or engineering field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating cutting machines or precision equipment.
• Basic knowledge of machining or precision manufacturing processes.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and safety procedures.
