Position Summary

The Odoo ERP Specialist will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing the Odoo ERP system across key business functions. The role ensures that operational processes, reporting, inventory, sales, and finance modules are effectively aligned to improve efficiency and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

As the Odoo ERP Specialist, you will:

• Configure, maintain, and support the Odoo ERP system across relevant business modules.
• Customize workflows to align with hospitality operations, including sales, inventory, procurement, and finance.
• Ensure accurate data entry, system integrity, and proper user access control.
• Support daily users by troubleshooting system issues and providing technical assistance.
• Train staff on effective use of the Odoo ERP system and its modules.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and management teams to optimize business processes.
• Integrate Odoo with other business tools and ensure seamless data flow.
• Maintain documentation of system configurations, updates, and procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through system automation and process optimization.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Hospitality, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Strong understanding of business processes within hospitality or service-oriented environments.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Accounting, and Procurement.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical support skills.
• Ability to train users and communicate technical concepts in simple terms.
• Good knowledge of system integration, data management, and reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
