Job Summary
Project Maji seeks a proactive and highly organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our Accra office. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by providing efficient administrative support, maintaining organized systems, and contributing to a professional and welcoming work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations.
Manage office documentation, filing systems, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
Support internal communication and liaise with staff across departments.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Requirements
HND or BSc in Business Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with office management software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
