We are looking for a dynamic Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations in our Accra office and ensure smooth administrative and logistical support across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily office operations and administrative processes efficiently.

• Manage office resources, supplies, and equipment.

• Support HR processes, onboarding, and internal communication.

• Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.

• Organize meetings, events, and official visits seamlessly.

• Foster a welcoming, professional, and productive office culture.

  Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in office management or administration.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Reside in Accra and able to manage office operations on-site.
