Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Onboarding Officer to manage and support the end-to-end client onboarding process. The successful candidate will ensure that all new clients are properly verified, compliant with regulatory requirements, and successfully activated on our platforms.

This role is critical in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience that reflects the high standards of GFX Brokers.

Key Responsibilities

As an Onboarding Officer, you will:

• Coordinate and manage the full client onboarding process from application submission to account activation.
• Verify client documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with prospective clients to request and obtain required documentation and information.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date onboarding records and client databases.
• Collaborate closely with compliance, operations, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
• Respond promptly to onboarding-related inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor onboarding performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure all onboarding activities comply with internal procedures and external regulatory standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing client experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in client onboarding, compliance, customer service, or financial services operations.
• Strong understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• Experience working in a financial services, banking, brokerage, or regulated environment will be an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management tools.
